CALVENOR trades online and ships internationally after production and quality review.
Production is separate from transit
The lead time shown on a product starts after required measurements and choices are approved. Shipping estimates begin only after the item is completed and handed to the carrier.
Methods and tracking
Available standard and express methods, fees and free-shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout. Express transit does not shorten production. Tracking appears in order lookup after dispatch.
Customs
International shipments may incur duties, tax and brokerage charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges and for providing accurate customs information.
Delays and delivery issues
Carrier and customs delays can occur. Contact us if tracking is stalled, a parcel is damaged or marked delivered but missing; we will open an investigation with the carrier.
