Terms of sale
These terms govern purchases from the CALVENOR online store. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.
Order and contract
Submitting checkout creates a pending order. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we accept the order. For personalised work, measurements, cloth, styling, price and estimated timing must be approved before production.
Prices, payment and tax
Checkout is currently calculated in USD. Stripe or PayPal processes payment on its own secure service. Import duties, local taxes or brokerage fees may be charged by the destination authority unless checkout expressly states they are included.
Made-to-order production
Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production timing begins after all required measurements and choices are approved. We will contact you if material availability or a production issue requires a change.
Cancellation and returns
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Before production starts, cancellation can usually be accepted; unavoidable third-party costs may apply where lawful and disclosed. Personalised goods may be exempt from change-of-mind withdrawal rights. See the Returns policy. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by mandatory law.
